Processing Time Each piece is handmade and prepared with care. Production and preparation take 1–5 business days before shipment.

Shipping Time (Estimated)

• USA: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 3–8 business days
• Rest of the world: 5–12 business days

We primarily ship via UPS Express or FedEx Express. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Import Taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in their country.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Returns Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, except for custom or personalized items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
