We offer fast and reliable express shipping worldwide. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our Istanbul Grand Bazaar location.

Processing time: Each piece is handmade and prepared with care. Production and preparation take 1–5 business days before shipment.

Shipping time (estimated): US 3–7 business days, EU 3–8 business days, Rest of world 5–12 business days.

Shipping carrier: We primarily use UPS Express or FedEx Express for all shipments.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in their country.

Address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
